LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM

The goal of our law enforcement package is to increase safety and efficiency for our law enforcement officers, and perpetrators. Sending our robot into dangerous situations decreases the risk of violent confrontation for the officers, and thus lowers their need to use deadly force. Additionally, our systems are able to perform some mundane or laborious tasks, thus freeing up law enforcement officers to perform other duties.

All law enforcement models can be placed on both legged quadrupeds and wheeled quadrupeds

Technical Overviews

Communication System (Included with all models)

The system includes 5.8G frequency, and is able to transmit digital image data from an integrated signal. This allows for two-way communication, making it possible for officers to communicate with each other or to perpetrators through the system. The system also includes an all-netcom 4G backup system to guard in case of signal failures.

Video Transmission (Included with all models)

The video transmission produces a 1080p high-definition picture, with latency as low as 180ms. This allows officers to monitor situations the robot is engaged in from a safe distance. Standard network port video streaming is supported, along with dual-channel 1080p high-definition video streaming.

Image Sensing System (Included with all models)

A dual camera  with a 1080p resolution and 120 degree movement is included to allow for high resolution images to be taken when necessary. The system includes an explosion-proof screen and full 4G network.

High Brightness LED Lighting (Included with all models)

Four LED High Brightness light bulbs are included on the back of the robot to allow for use in dark environments.

6-Searchlight System (Included with SHEP-LEO2 Models)

These 30W, 3000 lumens high brightness bulbs provide additional vision in dark situations.

Warning Light System (Included with SHEP-LEO2 Models)

Flashing 10W red and blue police lights to alert perpetrators of incoming police presence to discourage wrongdoing.

Digital Voice Broadcasting System (Included with SHEP-LEO2 Models)

This system codes and decodes vocal transmission and is sent through a speaker. This allows for recorded messages to be transmitted to perpetrators, such as “stop” or “freeze” to alert them of an officer presence and discourage wrongdoing. The speaker range is between 500m-800m. Vocal transmission possibilities with the broadcasting system include text-to-speech, video recording, and audio playback.
