Bear-W FAQ

What is the difference between Bear-W and the Unitree B2-W?

Bear-W is built on the same B2-W configurations and includes Stokes Robotics secondary development, set up for the way you will use it. The Unitree B2-W is sold without Stokes development.

Stokes secondary development elevates the robot for a specific industry and job. For Bear-W, that means setting it up for corrections work as part of our CORAS packages, with training and development that enhances what the robot can do.

How is Bear-W different from Bear?

Bear-W is built on the wheel-legged B2-W, which rolls on four 225 mm tires and weighs about 75 kg. Bear is built on the legged B2, which weighs about 60 kg.

How far can Bear-W travel?

Unitree lists about 30 km without a load and up to 25 km with a 40 kg load for the B2-W platform, under its test conditions.

Does Stokes Robotics offer setup and training for Bear-W?

Yes. We offer onsite setup and training and online training for the people who will run Bear-W, before and after the sale. Both are optional add-ons you can choose at checkout or in your quote request.

Can I buy Bear-W online?
