Production, inspection, & transport
Robots for manufacturing and industrial jobs
Plants and large sites run on work that repeats every shift: tasks at the same stations, the same inspection route, the same loads moved across the floor. We set up humanoid, quadruped, and wheeled robots for that work and train your team to run them.
Our industrial packages run on hardware from Unitree and AgileX Robotics, who manufacture the robots. Stokes Robotics is the secondary developer and integrator, and we set up each robot for its job before it ships.
Industrial & manufacturing robots for sale
The right robot depends on the job: work at a station, a route to inspect, or a load to move.
Humanoids for production
Hank and GiGi are built to work in spaces made for people, using the same aisles and workstations a person would.

Quadrupeds for inspection
Bear, SHEP, and SHEP-W carry thermal cameras, gas sensors, and navigation LiDAR on rounds over stairs and rough ground.
View quadruped robots
Mobile platforms for transport
AgileX wheeled and tracked chassis carry payloads of 25 to 300 kg across floors, yards, and rough ground.

Our industrial robots cover three kinds of jobs, each with a robot type built for it.
Production work at human-scale stations
Hank stands 1.82 m with 7-axis arms rated for about 7 kg. GiGi is a compact 1.32 m humanoid. Both work at stations, shelves, and doors sized for people, without changing the space around them.
Equipment inspection rounds
A quadruped walks the same route through a plant or substation, checking equipment with thermal imaging, zoom cameras, or gas sensors, and climbing the stairs between levels.
Industrial robot features and equipment
Equipment depends on the robot and configuration.
Bear Inspection B, C · SHEP and SHEP-W ENT MTPTZ · SHEP-W Inspection
Thermal imaging
Dual-light gimbal cameras pair a thermal sensor with a visible camera. Bear’s version adds 32× optical zoom and a 30-meter white light.
SHEP ENT GAS
Gas and air sensing
Sensors for temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, hydrogen sulfide, and benzene, read through the Unitree app.
Bear Inspection C
Close inspection with a robotic arm
A Z1 Pro robotic arm with a depth camera on its gripper reaches spots the main cameras cannot see.
Bear Navigation, Inspection · SHEP-W Smart, Ultimate, Inspection
Mapped inspection routes
Navigation LiDAR lets the robot follow set routes, with laser SLAM on Bear. Bear’s Inspection configurations add inspection management software and a contact charger.
Hank · GiGi
Dexterous hands
Both humanoids take dexterous hand options, from three-finger hands to five-finger hands with tactile sensing, depending on the configuration.
AgileX Tracer · Ranger · Titan · Bunker
Payload and transport
Chassis rated from 25 kg (Bunker Mini 2.0) to 300 kg (Titan), with tracked and IP67 options for outdoor and rough ground.
Matching the robot to the job
| Job | Robot | Configuration or model |
|---|---|---|
| Production work at a station | Hank or GiGi | Hank on the Unitree H2 EDU; GiGi on the Unitree G1 EDU |
| Thermal inspection rounds | Bear or SHEP-W | Bear Inspection B or C; SHEP-W Inspection |
| Gas and air checks | SHEP | ENT GAS |
| Close inspection with an arm | Bear | Inspection C |
| Indoor material transport | AgileX Tracer or Ranger | 150 kg payload |
| Heavy loads | AgileX Titan | 300 kg payload |
| Rough or outdoor ground | AgileX Bunker or Bunker Pro | Tracked, IP54 or IP67 |
Payloads and ratings are AgileX Robotics and Unitree published specifications.
Setup and training for your team
Your team should be confident running the robot before it goes on the floor. We train operators before and after the sale, and we deliver nationwide. Plants that also need perimeter patrols can add Aero, one of our security robots.
We set up the robot at your site and train your operators, with training materials.
